Welcome to Barato Flight (operated by Safebooks LLC). By using our website or booking travel services through our agents, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any reservation.

1. General Information

Barato Flight is an independent travel agency providing flight booking, hotel reservation, car rental, and vacation planning services. We act as an intermediary between the customer and airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel suppliers.

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

2. Booking & Ticketing

Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. Prices may change based on airline inventory.
Passenger names must match government-issued identification exactly.
E-tickets and confirmations will be emailed to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for reviewing all itinerary details for accuracy.

3. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.
Charges may appear in split transactions (multiple charges that equal the total itinerary amount).
Additional verification, such as credit authorization forms, may be required to prevent fraud.
All Barato Flight service fees are non-refundable.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All standard airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless airline rules allow otherwise.
Date, time, or route changes are subject to:
- Airline penalties
- Fare differences
- Additional agency fees
Refunds, when permitted, follow airline rules, and processing may take 4–10 weeks depending on the airline.

Barato Flight does not guarantee refunds unless approved directly by the airline.

5. Airline, Hotel & Car Rental Policies

Each supplier has its own policies regarding:
- Baggage
- Seat selection
- Check-in rules
- Cancellations
- Penalties
Customers must review these policies directly with the provider.

Barato Flight is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, or missed connections.

6. Baggage Fees

Ticket prices may not include baggage fees.
Baggage policies vary by airline, route, cabin class, and frequent flyer status.
Customers should verify baggage rules with the airline at least 48 hours before departure.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized charges:

Additional documentation may be required
The agency may decline suspicious transactions
Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with supporting documents

8. Limitation of Liability

Safebooks LLC (Barato Flight) is not liable for:

Acts or omissions of airlines or third-party suppliers
Flight cancellations or delays
Additional expenses arising from weather, strikes, political events, or force majeure
Incorrect customer information, including misspelled names or dates

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our service fee.
