Payment Policy
Safebooks LLC DBA Barato Flight
Accepted Payment Methods
Safebooks LLC DBA Barato Flight (“Barato Flight”) accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. ACH and wire transfer details can be provided upon request.
Customer Acknowledgment of Charges
By authorizing payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to pay the full amount of the itinerary, including airline, hotel, car rental, cruise charges, taxes, and Barato Flight service or booking fees.
Timely Payment Requirement
Payment must be completed promptly to secure a confirmed itinerary. While certain airlines or providers may enable a temporary fare hold, pricing and availability are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
Credit Authorization & Verification
To protect customers and reduce fraudulent activity, Barato Flight may require verification steps such as:
DocuSign authorization
Written email approval
A copy of the credit card and government-issued ID
A completed credit card authorization form
Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent ticket issuance.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback after approving a transaction, Barato Flight will submit relevant proof — including signed authorizations, call recordings (if applicable), email approvals, itinerary confirmations, and IP logs — to the issuing bank.
Once a customer authorizes payment, they agree not to dispute valid charges for services requested and delivered.
Fare & Availability Disclaimer
Fares, taxes, and availability are subject to change until ticketing is completed. Submitting payment details does not guarantee a fare.
Split-Charge Processing
The customer authorizes Barato Flight to process the total itinerary amount using multiple charges if necessary. The combined total will not exceed the authorized amount.
Booking Confirmation Delivery
E-tickets, confirmations, and receipts will be emailed to the address provided at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for checking their inbox and spam folders.
Customer Responsibility for Itinerary Accuracy
Customers must review all itinerary details immediately upon receipt.
Important:
Passenger names must match government-issued IDs EXACTLY.
Same-day changes may not be possible.
Any correction requested after ticketing may incur airline penalties or fare differences.
Provider Terms & Conditions
Customers are responsible for reviewing the policies of airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and cruise providers. These policies supersede any agency policy. Barato Flight is not liable for rules imposed by travel providers.
Baggage Policy
Most fares exclude baggage. Allowances vary by airline, route, and fare class. Customers should confirm baggage rules directly with the airline prior to travel.
Hotels, Cars, Cruises
Amenities, deposits, minimum age requirements, and additional charges vary by provider. Customers are responsible for confirming details with the respective provider.
Visa & Travel Documentation
Barato Flight does not provide visa services. Travelers are solely responsible for meeting passport, visa, and entry requirements of their destination.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Barato Flight strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen disruptions. Quotes are available upon request.
Travel Advisory
Itineraries should be reconfirmed directly with the airline or provider at least 48 hours before departure due to potential schedule changes.
