Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All airline tickets issued by Barato Flight are 100% non-refundable, unless airline rules specifically allow a refund. This includes:
Promotional fares
Discounted/wholesale fares
Published fares
Partially used tickets
2. Agency Service Fees
All Barato Flight service fees are non-refundable, including fees for:
Airline ticket processing
Travel planning
Modifications
Name corrections
Exchanges or cancellations
3. Airline Penalties & Fare Differences
For eligible ticket changes, the customer must pay:
Airline penalty
Fare difference (if applicable)
Agency reissue fee
4. Refund Requests (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed after written approval from the airline. Refund timelines may take 4–10 weeks.
Tickets unused after the scheduled departure become void and cannot be refunded.
5. Travel Provider Policies
Hotel, car rental, and vacation package refunds follow the rules of the specific provider. Penalties may apply.
6. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not show up for a flight, hotel, or rental car:
The reservation is automatically canceled
No refund will be issued
